Our house features two holiday apartments for 2–4 people each and one holiday apartment for 2–3 people.

All kitchens are equipped with Nespresso capsule machines and milk frothers, ensuring you don't have to miss out on your coffee enjoyment while on holiday. Upon request, we can deliver fresh bread rolls for breakfast. Your skis can be conveniently stored in the ski room, which is equipped with a ski boot dryer. Parking is available directly in front of the house.

Kaltenbach im Zillertal is a municipality in the Schwaz district of Tyrol, Austria. Situated in the heart of the Zillertal valley, it is characterized by alpine scenery, green meadows, and rugged peaks. Tourism plays a major role in the local economy: in winter, Kaltenbach is part of the Hochzillertal–Hochfügen ski area, while in summer, the surrounding area offers numerous hiking and mountain biking routes. Agriculture, local trades, and traditional customs also shape life in the village.

Excellent transport links within the valley and proximity to towns such as Zell am Ziller and Mayrhofen make Kaltenbach a popular starting point for leisure activities in the Zillertal Alps.

Free Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the apartment.

All rooms feature hard flooring and underfloor heating. Beds are made, and towels are provided.

A storage room for snowboards and skis—complete with a dryer for ski boots and other footwear—is located on the ground floor.

A fresh bread roll delivery service is available upon request.

The secure bicycle storage room includes an e-bike charging station.
