However, the following cancellation terms apply:
· Cancellations up to 61 days before arrival are free of charge
· Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are subject to a tiered fee:
· 60 – 30 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
· 29 – 15 days: 70% cancellation fee
· 14 – 7 days: 90% cancellation fee
· 6 – 1 day prior or no-show: 100%

Upon booking, a deposit of 10% of the total package price is required within 10 days.

Cancellation Insurance:
To protect yourself against potential cancellation costs, we recommend taking out holiday insurance; you can arrange this yourself here: http://start.europaeische.at

Additional Information:
If the guest does not arrive by 6:00 PM on the agreed arrival day, there is no obligation to provide accommodation, unless a later arrival time has been agreed upon.

However, if the guest has paid a deposit, the accommodation remains reserved until 12:00 PM on the day following the agreed arrival day.

We are a non-smoking establishment (smoking is permitted on the balcony).

Ski Passes:
As we only act as an intermediary for ski passes, we are unable to refund these costs in the event of early departure—regardless of the reason.

Pets:
Pets are permitted only in certain apartments and upon request.
